This was such a charming villa. It was cozy, comfortable and came complete with everything you could possibly need. It was close to shopping and of course you had a pool within a very short distance. The laundry facilities were great and you had cable and internet access. You couldn't possibly ask for anything better to help you enjoy your stay in Green Valley.

Mimi and I enjoyed our stay at your unit in Green Valley. Weather was great.
Neighbors friendly. The Villas West development was eclectic and interesting. We found the unit to be very clean and equipped with everything we needed.

This home was all that I wanted and more. I loved the floor plan and
comfort of the home. I've stayed in rental homes in NC and FL but this
was just perfect for my needs. Description on website was right-on,
directions to property were accurate, owners were great to deal with,
property was clean and everything was handy. Post office, drug store,
and grocery store were within a mile's driving distance. I chose this
home because it was in the center of the many places I wanted to visit
while in AZ: Madera Canyon, Arivaca, Organ Pipe Cactus Natl. Monument,
Buenos Aires NWR, Saguaro National Park, Mission San Xavier del Bac,
Sierra Vista, Bisbee, Tombstone. These are all places I love as a
nature lover and avid birder. The birds right in the yard were
abundant; I even added a few life birds. We found some great
restaurants and even made friends with some of the employees. But I did
enjoy cooking in most evenings; that was fun also and everything I
needed was on hand from pots and pans to bakind utensils. This home is
not fancy but is fashionably decorated and extremely comfortable. I
enjoyed morning walks around the neighborhood and evening games of
Upwords on the dining table. Other residents were gracious and
friendly but never crossed the line of being too friendly. The front
patio and rear courtyard are private and just a lovely place to sit,
read, eat, and meditate. We even enjoyed fires in the chimanea in the
evening while eating popcorn and watching the moon and stars. YOU WILL
NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS CHOICE. I so want to go back in the
spring when birds and bloom will be even more abundant. Thanks to the
Sperrys for sharing their home!!!!

This two bedroom townhouse is indeed the ideal home away from home. It has everything you could possibly want. The only thing it doesn't come with is a fully stocked refrigerator. The beds are so comfortable you might just decide to sleep a day away. It has a wonderful courtyard where you can watch the many birds AZ has to offer. It is a peaceful environment with every amenity that you could think of having. It is evident that the owner knows what makes him happy when traveling so he has done everything to make sure his guests have the best stay possible without having to worry about anything. This is truly worth renting when you are in the Green Valley area.
